We are Colectivo
Led by industry veterans Diana Manning and Kimberly Wells, Colectivo was formed in direct response to the opportunity to showcase and elevate talent of color within advertising, design and brand marketing.
Our network of creative directors, strategists and technologists was created organically. Meaning, we looked through our contacts and asked ourselves the following questions: Who did we like working with? Whose ideas moved the needle? Whose design style has stuck with us over the years? What resulted was a network of multicultural creative collaborators who are some of the strongest in the business.

Kimberly is a strategic project leader with 20 years experience in the creation of branding and marketing campaigns with a focus on the health and wellness space. Kimberly has facilitated product launches, brand positioning and digital campaigns for several Fortune 1000 clients.
Kimberly spends her free-time exploring nature trails in the East Bay, rediscovering the joys of bike riding with her family and seeking out old school mixtapes.
Kimberly lives in Oakland, CA and can be seen car dancing with the music turned up slightly too loud.
DIANA MANNING
Chief Technology Officer
Diana is a technology unicorn. With over 15 years experience, Diana’s expertise spans across all things digital – web development, systems architecture, mobile applications and more. She is able to blend her technical acumen with strong strategic chops to help inform and advise clients on the best solutions for their business.
When not steeped in code, Diana can be found traveling to Cuba, volunteering within the community and cooking up tasty treats.
Diana lives in Oakland, CA and has a mean garlic noodle game!
